Our company founded in 2003 is focused on providing cleanrooms services and solutions for implementation and development projects for the pharmaceutical industry in accordance with ISO 14644 and European GMP rules for pharmaceutical production and storage.
Since its creation until now, the company shows an increasing trend in terms of turnover, diversification of portfolio of clients, the quantitative and qualitative growth of staff.
Our experience (over 10,000 m2 cleanroom done with class ISO 5, 6, 7 and 8) and obtained certifications issued to our engineers by Cleanroom Testing and Certification Board International and Irish Cleanroom Society ranks our company as the first in Romania in cleanrooms design and execution field.
Our company perform the following types of construction works and equipment installation:
- Wall partitioning and ceilings of insulated panels agremented for the pharmaceutical industry;
- Epoxy resin floors, antistatic and antibacterian treated PVC floors;
- Electrical installations including: general lighting systems, lighting systems for emergency exits, low voltage systems, electrical and automation panels;
- Energy sources for production and HVAC equipment;
- Development and implementation of BMS / EMS systems (software, differential pressure sensors, temperature and relative humidity sensors, control equipment etc.);
- Execution of HVAC installations (central AHU air handling units, ventilation ducts, HEPA filters, control dampers and valves, boilers, chillers, steam humidifiers, dehumidifiers etc.).
Our company has highly experienced engineers for cleanrooms and complex HVAC design.
During the design process we provide our customers with intermediate complex 2D and 3D plans, in order to offer them a realistic image over the future project as well as the oportunity to interfer in every stage of the project development. Thus our approach results in a final project in total accordance with our customers needs and expectations, a key element in any important investment such cleanrooms facilities.
By the execution of turnkey projects we provide our customers with the management of all components involved in the project:
- Coordination of specific activities;
- Providing materials and equipment on site;
- Commissioning;
- Training for the user personnel.
